We regret that a U.S. law banning TikTok will take effect on January 19 and force us to make our services temporarily unavailable.
We are working to restore our service in the U.S. as soon as possible, and we appreciate your support. Please stay tuned.
TikTok Shop sellers will be able to access the Seller Center to process orders, shipping, after-sale requests and fund settlements.
The Partner Center will be available. Order, fulfillment, return and customer services APIs will remain in service for the U.S. market. Your apps will continue to have access to these APIs to process orders, fulfillment, returns and customer service. Technical services will continue to be available for U.S. based sellers, developers and ISV partners.
Developers and partners with services in other markets will not be impacted.
